Historically many people expected to have to come up with a deposit when they buy a used car from a reputable dealer. That is not always the case, in fact it's increasingly rare and over 90% of all of our deals are done without a deposit.

While we often have customers who want to put down a deposit in order to reduce their monthly car payments, most customers would rather keep the deposit in their own back pocket and finance the whole car outright. All of our lenders offer no deposit deals and you only need to put in a deposit where the price of the car is higher than the lend they will grant. Over 90% of all our car finance deals are done on a Zero Deposit basis

How do Car Finance 4 Bad Credit get you credit if you have poor credit?

Here are some of the most common questions we get for Zero Deposit and No Deposit car finance

Am I guaranteed a zero deposit car finance deal?

No. The reason for this is that you might pick a car which is higher than your credit facility. Say you picked a car for £11,000 but the lending panel have agreed to fund a loan up to £10,000. In this case you would need to put in a £1,000 deposit on the car.

Is Zero Deposit and No Deposit Car Finance the same thing?

Yes. In both cases you would not need to put in a deposit unless you choose to put a deposit into the car.

Do I have to have a Zero Deposit deal?

No. You can of course put in a deposit - as much as you like providing that the deposit does not take you below the minimum lend threshold - normally £4,000

Will putting in a deposit reduce my monthly payments?
